(hereinafter ROMOTUR), owner of the website https://www.romoturevents.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), is a company dedicated to managing the reservation and sale of activities, excursions, guided tours, and other travel services for users interested in booking these services. ROMOTUR, S.L. provides users with a platform, https://www.romoturevents.com, through which an individual or legal entity (hereinafter, the “User”) may book tourist activities, excursions, guided tours, transfers, hotel stays, or tour packages.

1. Acceptance of the general terms of use and access to the website

By accessing, viewing, or using the materials, content, or services available through the Website, the User acknowledges that they understand and accept these General Terms of Use, which define the rights and obligations of ROMOTUR, S.L. and the User in connection with the booking of tourist activities, excursions, guided tours, transfers, hotel stays, and tour packages.

These are the only General Terms of Use applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the existence of specific conditions applicable to certain services) and to the contracting of services, and they replace any other conditions unless previously agreed upon in writing between ROMOTUR, S.L. and the User.

Access to the Website does not require User registration. However, to book the services offered by ROMOTUR, S.L., Users must accept these terms before completing payment.

2. Purpose of the website

ROMOTUR, S.L. has developed this Website to offer Users a service for booking tourist activities, excursions, guided tours, transfers, and hotel stays.

ROMOTUR, S.L. informs Users that the services are provided directly by third-party collaborating companies (hereinafter, the “Provider(s)”).
Therefore, ROMO TURISMO RECEPTIVO, S.L. LIMITS ITS ROLE EXCLUSIVELY TO OFFERING, THROUGH THE WEBSITE, A BOOKING SERVICE FOR TRAVEL AND ACTIVITIES, WHICH ARE EXECUTED DIRECTLY BY THE PROVIDERS.

3. Booking with Romotur, S.L. and registration on the website

To make bookings through the Website, the User must provide personal data (name, surname, email, phone number, and ID/passport), or, if applicable, the data of the person on whose behalf the booking is made, so ROMOTUR, S.L. can process the requested booking.

By accepting these Terms of Use, Users declare that they will provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about their identity, or about the person for whom the booking is made. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for any consequences deriving from errors in the information supplied.

4. Specific conditions regarding bookings

Bookings made through the Website are subject to the specific conditions applicable to each activity, excursion, or package. Users may find these conditions on the service description page as well as in the confirmation email sent by ROMOTUR, S.L. once the booking is completed.

4.1 General conditions applicable to all bookings

Each product or service has its own specific booking, payment, and cancellation conditions.

4.2 Conditions regarding service details

Meeting point, date, time, duration, and any other necessary information are detailed on the Website’s description page and in the confirmation email.

Users must be punctual and arrive at the meeting point at the indicated date and time.

If Users have any issues regarding the booked service while at the destination—especially concerning the meeting point—they may contact ROMOTUR, S.L. at the phone number listed on its website.

Users may be required to present the confirmation number and name linked to the booking prior to starting the activity. ROMOTUR, S.L. accepts no responsibility if Users fail to provide this information.

5. Economic terms of contracting

A booking is considered formalized once Users have completed and accepted the booking form, ROMOTUR has confirmed it, and payment has been correctly processed.

Prices displayed at the time of booking apply. Services may require immediate confirmation and payment by credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard), or they may require later payment via bank transfer or another indicated method.

ROMOTUR generally charges the full amount through the Website.

Prices are in Euros (€) and the total amount will be shown at the moment of final confirmation.

After completing a booking, Users will receive a confirmation email. Users may request an invoice after formalizing their reservation.

Users may download service documentation through the Website. In the event of cancellation according to section 7, ROMOTUR will issue corresponding corrective documents.

Any unauthorized or fraudulent charge must be reported as soon as possible to booking@romotur.com.

6. Cancellation policy

Without prejudice to Users’ rights regarding cancellations of package travel services under the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), each service promoted by ROMOTUR, S.L. has its own specific cancellation policy.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, USERS DECLARE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION POLICY AND AGREE TO THE APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE SERVICE THEY BOOK.

7. Conduct on the website

Users agree to use the Website lawfully, diligently, honestly, and appropriately, respecting good faith, legal regulations, and these Terms. Users must not:
  • Provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data or impersonate others.
  • Use the Website for fraudulent purposes or illegal activities.
  • Introduce or spread viruses or unauthorized alterations to Website systems.

Users who have booked activities, excursions, services, and/or transfers may publish reviews on the Website.

Reviews will be reviewed by ROMOTUR and published if appropriate.

Reviews will not be published if they contain illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory content, invade privacy, include advertisements or external links, or do not correspond to the actual service reviewed.

ROMOTUR may reject reviews that include:

  • Discriminatory expressions (based on race, sex, religion, nationality, etc.).
  • Promotion of illegal activities or obscene/defamatory content.
  • Violence, including sexual or animal/human violence.
  • Degrading or threatening content.

Communications between ROMOTUR and Users will take place via email or any medium that confirms receipt.

  • ROMOTUR messages to Users will be sent to the registration email.

9. Disclaimer o liability

Without prejudice to responsibilities under package travel law, ROMOTUR, S.L. is not responsible for, including but not limited to:

  • Late cancellations. ROMOTUR will not refund amounts if cancellation deadlines are not met.
  • User delays or errors getting to the meeting point.
  • Providers denying access when Users fail to present required booking codes.
  • Damages or theft suffered by Users or their belongings.
  • Injuries, damages, or accidents during the service or prior conditions preventing participation.
  • Weather conditions affecting services.
  • Quality or suitability of services provided by Providers.
  • Services completed in full regarding points of interest, even if duration varies slightly.
  • Complaints about the service, which must be addressed to the Provider (ROMOTUR may assist).

If Users book services directly with Providers, ROMOTUR is not responsible for:

  • Compliance with tax obligations arising from the Provider’s service.

Furthermore, ROMOTUR does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for damages arising from Website access or use, including:

  • Lack of availability or proper functioning of the Website. • Technical failures due to third parties or force majeure. • Internet outages, third-party actions, or other causes beyond ROMOTUR’s control. • Illegal or improper use of the Website by Users.

ROMOTUR reserves the right to take legal action against Users who breach these Terms.

For additional travel services purchased after booking a package from another company, Users will not enjoy package travel rights, and ROMOTUR is not responsible for the correct performance of those additional services.

10. Propiedad intelectual

10.1 Website Content Owned by ROMOTUR, S.L.

All rights over the Website’s content, design, and source code—including photographs, images, texts, logos, brands, trade names, and data—belong to ROMOTUR, S.L. or third parties who have authorized their use.

Reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, or public communication of any Website content is prohibited without written permission from ROMOTUR.

Access to the Website does not imply transfer or license of intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized use constitutes a serious violation and may lead to legal consequences.

10.2 User-Generated Reviews

Since the Website allows reviews, Users grant ROMOTUR a worldwide, unrestricted, free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publicly communicate such opinions for promotional purposes.

11. Modifications

ROMOTUR may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to Users and will take effect upon publication.

12. Severability

Each clause of these Terms is to be interpreted independently. If any clause is declared null by a court, the remaining clauses will remain valid, and the invalid one will be replaced by another that preserves the intended effects.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao.
